These tiles are 4-1/4" by 4-1/4" and 5/16" thick: Using my digital caliper, the tiles measure 4.31 inches wide on the self-spacing lugs and .30 of an inch thickness.These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.Measuring on the square edge 4.27" Location: garage top shelf These New Old Stock Tiles are best quality and have a fine glossy bone finish.These tiles are made by United States Ceramic Tile Co. in the 1980's -1990's Imprinted on back of tiles is: Made in U.S.A.
