We have a daily (M-F) USPS pickup at 1030am CST, if your label was created before this time it was picked up same day, if it was created after this time it is on the next day pickup. PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT: Our pickups are commercial pickups, the truck comes and takes items by the pallet, this means, it will not scan in like it would if you drop at post office. This very often causes a delay in the first scan. The items go directly to Kansas City Distribution Center, most of the time the first scan will happen here, the night of pickup. However, our distribution center has progressively gotten worse at scanning these in. Often, we will see scans that skip KC entirely and don’t get scanned in until it reaches buyers local distribution center.We get a lot of messages of people asking if an item has been shipped because no update in tracking, but the answer is yes.
