These tiles are about 4-3/8" by 4-3/8" and about 5/16 inch thick:Using my digital caliper this tile measures .31 of an inch thick and 4.42 inches wide on the self-spacing lugs. Tiles measures 4.38" on the square edge; not including the self-spacing lugs. These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.
