This listing is for one 10″ long sample piece of our popular 7 1/2″ x 5/8″ French Oak (Arizona) Prefinished Engineered wood floor from our European French Oak Collection. This wide plank wood flooring offers beautiful aesthetics to compliment your home’s interior space. Featuring an 9-ply construction, tongue & groove milling profile, and micro-beveled edges/ends, this European style wood floor is both CARB Phase II certified & Lacey Act compliant. Its White Oak veneer and Birch ply core are harvested from European forests and milled on top quality German equipment to produce a superior product. This wide plan floor boasts a 4mm top wear layer, allowing it to be re-sanded/re-finished up to 3 times over its lifetime. Actual flooring planks from this collection feature a majority (70%) 73″ long lengths, with the balance of boards at 2′ to 4′. Installation methods include glue, float, nail or staple down. Our French Oak Engineered wood floors are manufactured with Live Sawn White Oak to create an “Old World” look while also affording them increased stability and hardness. This floor’s wire brushed texture & high grade Aluminum Oxide matte finish provide incredible scratch resistance for busy homes of all sizes. Comes with a 30 Year Finish Warranty. Purchased from panel town in April 2023, ended up buying too much. Stored indoors away from moisture, insects. Beautiful addition to any home, and matches many older homes’ hardwood floors – ours is a 1920s craftsman/bungalow and the new wood is a near perfect match to the original. Approx 500 sq ft available in 27 x 18 sq ft bundles (486 sq ft) plus some extra from an opened bundle if you need it. Local pickup, you’ll need a truck or van, we’re happy to help load! White Oak accepts stains well and may be coated with either oil based or water based finishes. White Oak Select 3/4 x 2 1/4 is a floor that is uniform in color with only slight variations in natural color. Rift & Quartered lumber has been used in the manufacturing of furniture, known for its high quality, timeless appearance and predominantly straight grain patterns Unfinished White Oak Select Rift & Quartered solid hardwood flooring’s grain is classified as primarily even. Variations in color are very limited over time, even if it is exposed to intense light. Ordinary wear and tear is hardly noticeable due to it is essentially a straight-grained wood with a medium to coarse texture and longer rays.
