Flooring Reducers When it comes to flooring projects, achieving a smooth and seamless transition between different floor heights is essential. These reducers are specifically designed to bridge the gap between wood floors and thinner vinyl flooring or low carpets, creating a cohesive and elegant transition between different types of flooring materials. Our hardwood flooring reducers are available in three standard lengths: 3ft, 4ft, 7ft, and 8ft and thicknesses: 1/2 in & 9/16 in x 2 in. These options provide flexibility to accommodate different flooring layouts and dimensions, making them suitable for both small residential spaces and large commercial projects. We mill and stock Hard Maple, Hickory, Red Oak, White Oak. Other species of wood are available by special order.
