This Talavera ceramic tile is hand-painted in a brushed cobalt blue color. In the manufacturing process the whole tile is painted in white as a first step and then the rest of the tile is painted on top of the white one, so the coloring of this tile is named as blue over white. This tile can be used as an accent piece or as a decorative wall by itself as a border. DISCLAIMER: All of our Talavera tiles have a heavily hand-made process involved; as such, imperfections are expected. Color variations are to be expected from batch to batch. What you see on your screen might not be exactly what you will get, this is mostly due to several factors, among others: lighting when the picture was taken, lighting in your own monitor, but mostly changes in the glazes used between batches. All these factors are beyond our control. If in doubt, we recommend you to order a sample before committing to a bigger order.

This is a bullnose piece for blue cobalt theme-based walls. The bullnose is clay made, usually softer than ceramic one. It will work to finish borders of blue cobalt tile. We have it in 4″ long and 6″ long too.
