These tiles are about 4-1/4 inches by 4-1/4 inches…and about 5/16 inch thick.Using my digital caliper this tile measures .31″ thick and 4.29″ wide on the self-spacing lugs.Measures 4.25″ wide on the square edge. Tile has self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.
