This is first-quality material fully warranted by the manufacturer on a Limited Lifetime basis for all residential applications and 20 years for Light Commercial applications. This beautiful product is also the exact same running-line product as is available in big box stores throughout North America. Two other colors are available -- American Canyon Oak and Eagle Plains Oak. Trims are also available. This product has an 2mm attached padding, and in most situations no further underlayment will be needed -- an additional vapor barrier is required for installations over concrete subfloors on or below-grade however. No acclimation is required. Commercial/Residential Sound Rating is IIC-72 STC-63. Rated as waterproof to topical moisture exposure and has a wear rating of AC-5 for Commercial Heavy Traffic, which is the highest possible wear rating. See attached Warranty for further information.
